The tickets for the canal cruise will be sent to you one day before or on the same day of the tour. Please note that the walking tour voucher cannot be used for the canal cruise.

    Spanish-speaking guide available on the boat for departures at 10:00 and 14:00. For departures at 11:00 and 15:30, the boat trip is in English.

      1. What time does the tour start?
      The regular tour starts at 10:00 am.
      During summer, departures are at 10:00, 11:00, 2:00 pm, and 3:30 pm, while in winter departures are at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

      2. How long does the tour last?
      The walking tour lasts about 2.5 hours, followed by a 1-hour canal cruise. There is usually a 30 to 45-minute break between both parts.

      3. In which languages is the tour available?
      The walking tour is offered in Spanish or English(depending on your booking).
      The canal cruise is in Spanish on departures at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, and in English at 11:00 am and 3:30 pm. Dutch is available on request.

      4. How much does the tour cost?

      • Adults: €47
      • Youth (8-17 years): €43
      • Children (1-8 years): €15(canal cruise ticket included)

      5. Is there a group size limit?
      Yes, the walking tour is carried out in small groups for a more personal experience.
      The boat capacity depends on each vessel’s regulations.

      6. Can the tour be cancelled?
      Yes, if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

      7. What should I keep in mind before the tour starts?

      • Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start.
      • Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
      • Please note the tour involves walking.
      • In winter or rainy days, boats are fully covered.

      8. How will I receive my canal cruise tickets?
      The canal cruise tickets are sent one day before or on the same day of the tour. Please note that the walking tour voucher is not valid for the boat.
